The Senior program at WSC generally involves swimmers 13 years and older. WSC enables swimmers to realize their potential by having an atmosphere geared toward competitive swimming success. Practices are based on well-established methods of advanced swimming training as well as cutting edge new ideas. All of our squads seek a blend of fun, technique, and training and the Senior and National Squads are no different. However, the primary focus is on improving swimmers to the boundaries of their talent and helping WSC become the best team we are capable of being.
